Photodynamic therapy of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer

Purpose: to study the effectiveness of photodynamic therapy in combination with diathermoelectroconization treatment cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cancer. Materials methods. The included 108 patients aged 33.13 ± 1.18 years. Human papillomavirus was detected all patients. group consisted 62 diseases. fi rst subgroup 28 moderate severe pT1AN0M0 cancer who underwent therapy. second 34 only diathermoelectroconization. control 46 unchanged cervix. To carry out fl uorescent diagnostics therapy, were intravenously injected a solution photosensitizer “Fotoditazin” (“Vetagrand”, Russia) at dose 0.8–1.2 mg/kg. Three hours later, using AFS device (“Polironik”, Russia), performed followed by an ALHT-ELOMED laser (“Elomed”, continuous mode. wavelength 662 nm, output power – 3 W, radiation 200–300 J/cm2 for cervix 100–125 canal. All complex antiviral Results. after showed complete eradication human regression neoplasia. Morphological studies have shown that combined neoplasia, reaching 100 %, higher than use alone (95 %). There no recurrences treatment. Conclusion. Photodynamic is highly effective method.
